Omg so tired. We were in Columbus, Ohio, for a wedding over the weekend -- left on Friday, came back Sunday. We had a good time seeing family, but ugh, I've gotten unused to the whole boarding airplanes and flying places thing.

Anyway, I have started reading Zadie Smith's Swing Time, and so far (I'm only about 60 pages in) I am liking it.

Sunny and warm. Finished mowing the front yard (grass was too wet in one area because Mr. N ran the sprinklers yesterday morning, ha), which made me feel very good (afterwards). Have been doing genealogical stuff the rest of the day -- it's really ... relaxing, in a way, and interesting. Discovered that my grandmother was quite probably named after her grandmother, and that my great-grandmother got married when she was sixteen (in 1876) and ended up with NINE kids. I believe that's what known as a passel.

Late lunch, probably going to make some pan-fried fish for dinner. Wish it would rain.
