Why, yes, I jacked up the radio and sang along. There's life in the old Nightdog yet. Heh.

Got a couple of things accomplished today, which is good, and one of the errands I was dreading turned out okay, which is even better. AT&T admitted they didn't know how my cell phone service got cancelled and fixed it. And I got a haircut. Thank God.

And so the world turns ... hee.

Yah! for getting your phone fixed and a haircut. We're back from the massive clusterf*ck that is getting the boy registered for school, which involves filling out a dozen forms that ask for essentially the same information over and over again.

There was one question on the medical information form so stupid that I wrote "use decent sense" as my reply.

Heh! Yes, AT&T has absolutely no idea how the new phone Mr. Nightdog got for me 10 days ago could have its service cancelled last week. It just ... happened.

Oh, the joy of writing down the same pieces of information over and over again! You do realize you're probably going to get a call now, from someone saying "Mrs. Corgigirl, there's one question here on the medical form you didn't answer ... "

They don't actually read any of that stuff or they'd have remarked by now about how I re-write their waiver of liability so that it no longer waives. :)

This year's registration was a whole 'nother kind of fun because some idiot working in the counselor's office hit Reset on the computerized scheduling program and half of the completed schedules for the entire student body went "poof."
