Zero Sum

My second Stargate: Atlantis fic, and a very short one. John and Rodney, in a tight place where neither of them should have been in the first place.
Favorite line in this story: "The access codes," he repeats, and silently begs "Please, McKay, please don't tell me" and Rodney doesn't and John's so proud of him that he hits him again.

The Man Who Came Too Late
Posted to [livejournal.com profile] house_wilson on 6/21/07.
A slight twist on a common Housefic theme. I had read many stories in which Wilson finds his long-lost brother, but he's come too late and the brother is dead. Or the brother comes to the hospital but Wilson is in a meeting. Or ... well, you get the picture. So I changed it up just a bit.
My favorite line in this story is actually three:
"No thanks," David says. "I ... had a lot of addictions. Had to give them up."
House keeps pouring his own glass, the amber liquid rising in level until he's got at least a double.
"Good for you," he snarls. "I've still got all mine."

Heavy Weather

Written as a quick birthday present for [livejournal.com profile] daasgrrl, who had said I should try being nice to Wilson for a change. And it still turned out a little dark. Hee!
Favorite line in this story: House's eyes have turned dark, that fierce almost blue-black that always reminds Wilson of a sea squall sweeping in out of a lowering sky, wind and rain swamping the unwary and incautious before it.

Welcome to Wherever You Are
Eleven chapters, posting sequentially. Crossposted to [livejournal.com profile] house_wilson and [livejournal.com profile] sick_wilson beginning 6/28/07. Each chapter contains links to the next as posted.
Bad guys! Good guys! Heroes! Suspense! Drama! Cliffhangers! Violence! Um ... lots of violence! Hee. And more original characters. I had a lot of fun writing this -- the story led me on the entire way.
Will not pick a favorite line at this time as the whole story is in the process of going up.
