Snow and ice have not melted -- it isn't supposed to get above freezing until Friday ... or maybe Saturday. 18 degrees right now (-7.8 degrees Celsius), with a windchill of 2. More small birds at the feeders, including a very handsome male Purple Finch. The Giant Crows of Doom also turned up (five of them, like monster orcs), but they didn't stay long.
