Cold Friday

nightdog_barksWelp, that's winter all right. It's 36 degrees (2.2 Celsius), with a windchill of 26 (-3.3). Grey and drizzly; the front came roaring through last night with a big line of thunderstorms and gusty winds. By Sunday and into Monday morning we're supposed to have sleet and possibly snow. SO OKAY. Yesterday I got a chuck steak at Kroger so I can make a pot of chili tonight. We'll also make a pan of cornbread, so we can use the leftover as dressing for Thanksgiving.
Watched some of the JFK stuff with the sound turned way down. I know the city organizers said 5000 tickets were printed -- I really don't think all 5000 were in attendance downtown.
Almost finished with Tatiana and if the ending holds up I would give it a strong rec.
