I was one of those fans who held out a vague hope that Hugh Laurie would turn up as Moriarty on Elementary.

After the initial shock I liked their twist on Moriarty, however. Plus, they made Holmes/Moriarty canon!

*g* I liked the Adler/Moriarty twist, but I have to admit I was blown away by Andrew Scott's Moriarty on Sherlock. I know some viewers hated him, but I thought he was amazing.

So did I - I'll never forget "That's what people DO!". I'll miss him.
Someone told me they're filming season 3 in London right now and I thought great, now I'll have to spend my London vacation stalking Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman ;)
