Warm, cloudy, and VERY humid.

Elementary (CBS) received the EIC President’s Award for its continuing, in - depth integration of substance use and recovery into its storyline and characters. This honor recognizes specific productions that incorporate these accurate health and social issues messages above and beyond single episodes or multi - episode story arcs.

I thought House had won one of these, but according to IMDB, the answer is "no." Nominated three times, but no cigar. Hm.
ETA that IMDB is WRONG, as pointed out by [personal profile] felis! House won in 2007 for TV Drama Series Multi-Episode Storyline. :D

What else? This is an absolutely delicious wine. We're baking bread this weekend. Must begin transplanting because the tomatoes are growing taller and taller. I'm sure there's stuff I'm forgetting, but oh well.

:-)

You are right and IMDB is wrong. See here, under "TV Drama Series Multi-Episode Storyline". In 2007, for the Tritter arc.

ETA: And over that I forgot to say, YAY for Elementary, they really are doing an awesome job with this.

I just watched the most recent Elementary, really enjoyed it.
Mali likes to sit on my treadmill, and this morning jumped on it while I was walking on it. She didn't like that one bit!

That really got me too. I was watching and wondering if we'd get a Reveal about why he hates blackmailers so much, and there it was - he was hiding his own shameful secret.
(One thing bothered me though, he referred to Joan having said something in an earlier scene that she didn't actually say. Twice!)

I loved that too, and not just because I love Robert Frost - it was indeed perfect for Sherlock.
