RAIN, at last! It started yesterday evening, and then basically rained all night, with lots of thunder and lightning. Preliminary totals from the weather guys say our area got about THREE INCHES. It was needed. Of course, now the sun is trying to come out and it's steamy and humid.

We have another tomato seedling! This one's an Arkansas Traveler.

Also started reading James Lee Burke's Feast Day of Fools, which was a gift from someone. I haven't read any of Mr. Burke's books in a very long time, and so far I'm really enjoying this one.

We had a surprise storm yesterday afternoon, to the chagrin of two window-washers who had to be rescued by Emergency.
Congrats, another seedling!
