Date: 2011-06-07 03:56 am (UTC)We were certainly schooled - shades of game 4 in Chicago, but that's all right. We needed a shot of realism. And better that they fall apart in game three rather than game seven. And if it had been anyone other than the Canucks (or another Canadian team), I would have been relishing the Boston performance.

Date: 2011-06-07 04:49 am (UTC)But all kudos to the Bruins - they absolutely took control of the game, and Thomas was just amazing. And, it was a great experience watching it on the big screen set up on Georgia Street. I'll post a picture once the sting has faded a bit!
