Good GOD chiclets, it was almost cold this morning! Have put a light blanket on the bed in preparation for tonight. Weather is beautiful -- blue sky, a light wind out of the north, 66 degrees (18.9 degrees Celsius). We will be wishing for this in August.

Not much else. The PSA is that I'm going to be doing an f-list cut this weekend, of LJs that haven't been updated in forever and folks where I think we've gone separate ways in our interests and so don't interact much (if at all). Which is okay! I'm just drawing back from the Internets a bit. If you think I've dropped you in error, let me know. I don't bite, honest. And remember, every day is Journal Amnesty Day here. :-)

We're having one of those rare cool, low-humidity days here. If it rains, the night temps are expected to be in the low 40s for the next few days.

And just this morning I put away the last winter shirt in my closet! :D

It's 61 here now, and drizzly. The next week forecast is pretty much 53 degrees and rain every single damn day until next Saturday. When it's finally supposed to ease back into the 60s.

I want spring, damnit, not an April repeat.

Pruning LJ reflexively after the "Share" and "Like" thing? I really wish I didn't find some of the communities so useful (as well as the few friends who remain that I don't want to lose sight of), else I'd chuck it entirely. One just *knows* the Facebook integration thing is lurking, looming just out of sight.

For my part I shouldn't be here -- I have managed to do only a tiny fraction of the things which must be done today. Still, having trouble getting going, and work outside is hampered by the prodigious winds at the moment (and a headache from hell that doesn't want to resolve). *shuffles off reluctantly to try to do things*

Edited because I can't seem to get off my rear today and do effectual things (I have to compile a list of sources, for example, for the Document-From-Hell, and take apart some trap boxes), and when I accidentally hit a wrong button I stumbled onto your profile. Do you mind if I ask what prompted the "take it elsewhere" bit? Who would be so rude as to not back off if you told them to, and why? I'm morbidly curious because it seems like everyone here is sensible, courteous, and level headed.

:D

I could offer to... uh... swear gratuitously if it would make you feel justified in making the rule. I don't think there's anyone here that I could shout at or name call, though.

It's amazing how social situations work sometimes, isn't it? Particularly on the internet.

It's lovely here, sunny and 16'C but very windy. I have work to do but went outside for a walk.

I think it's in the lower fifties here today, so I'm low on sympathy. Sorry. At least you'll look back on this with relish when it gets over 100.
