Warm and humid -- 82 degrees (27.8 degrees Celsius), with 62% humidity and a light wind out of the south.

Need to get dog food and go to the grocery store, but am finding it difficult to muster the motivation to do either. :-)

Have you tried playing poppy music videos on Youtube? Having something energetic going is one of my methods to get myself moving in the morning when I otherwise would stay in my pajamas for another hour.

Heh, both chores may have to wait until tomorrow, as I just mowed the front lawn and am now pretty much a limp noodle.*

62% is _not_ humid. Starts being humid above 90%. Sounds like fabulous weather to me.
Can you walk to the grocery store? I hate driving when the sun shines. Last summer I moved to center town and apart from the Once A Week Shopping Of Doom I can do everything on foot. It's wonderful, and I like walking - especially on the seafront. Except you're maybe in one of those American places with no center and no sidewalks.

*g* It actually is nice weather -- we're just used to a dryer warmth here, and it seems as if it becomes more humid with each passing year.

Our closest grocery store is about two miles away, and I am in one of those American places with no center and no sidewalks. :-) There are walking/jogging trails throughout our neighborhood, but none of them lead anywhere outside the neighborhood. We are just now getting a mass-transit station in our immediate area in order to take a train downtown (Dallas, Texas, about thirty miles away).

It started out cool this morning, but got hot in just a couple of hours. And it's very humid, so we may have another storm tonight.

Same here, and it keeps feeling as if we should have some storms pop up, but so far nothing.

It feels like it could rain any minute here, but the weather says the weekend will be clear. I plan to press-gang Corgikid into power-washing the porches tomorrow. The pine pollen is thick enough that I could write my name in it and the cats keep tracking it into the house.

I thought about turning on the a/c today, but I think I'll wait until tomorrow when it's supposed to be 92. :-P
