Beautiful bright sun and blue skies, a very pleasant 65 degrees (18.3 degrees Celsius). It's actually supposed to get up to 70 today, which is wonderful.

Posting a Housefic either today or tomorrow. Also need to do some housely stuff -- sweep out the kitchen, do a little laundry. Keep getting distracted, however, by news coverage of the events in Egypt.

Juggling my First Readers filter soon ... I know some of you guys aren't in the fandom anymore/could care less about the show and the characters. Or is it couldn't care less? I never can remember ... :-)

OH!

Heh, I didn't even think about it. There are a few other folks on my f-list who don't watch network TV; instead, they watch episodes on Fox.com or whatever's on the other online sites.

With the disclaimer that I haven't looked very hard there are a number of things which are blocked from viewing outside the U.S. (This is particularly annoying with news articles, and just because it's the bloody *internet*, and therefore not confined to the U.S., particularly with the current trend of not having an accompanying text article, just video.) Except for my recent spate of canine-centric program watching, and before that the three episodes of Sherlock I honestly haven't watched any television in something like nine months or a year. I'm really not certain, but averaged out it probably works out to less than 10 minutes of television per month. For entertainment these days I fiddle about on the internet or read, and that's pretty much it. I do miss seeing documentaries about nature or history or archaeology, but those really weren't available with any television package I was willing to pay for, so... *shrugs*

GAH I FORGOT ABOUT THAT. Sheesh, I am so U.S.-centric. D'oh. You're absolutely right, of course.

No worries. It's not like you'd notice the phenomenon, because you're not often greeted by the smug "This item can't be viewed in your Region" messages. :D
