Quiet here too. It was a breezy, cool and sunny day. I did some wash, cooked supper, walked the dog and cut the mister's hair. About to go clean up the kitchen and get ready for the morning.

Mr. N has been doing tax stuff most of the day -- I think we're making pan-fried tilapia for dinner.

And for some reason I seem to be watching The Egg and I, with Claudette Colbert and Fred MacMurray.

Great minds think alike -- that's what we had for dinner, with a green salad and some barley cooked with a little garlic and parsley.

Mmmm ... the barley sounds very nice. We've done that in the past with quinoa.
