Line of storms to our west, about to move through. It's been cloudy and overcast all morning (and into the afternoon) which is a Good Thing -- it denies the atmosphere the heat and energy of warm air. Also a Good Thing -- the line is a solid line. No supercells have jumped out ahead of the front, and those are a prime incubator for tornadoes to be born. So. We'll see, won't we? :D
More tomatoes producing flower buds; the tomatilloes seem to love this weather and are growing like weeds (which is pretty much what they look like). The young olive tree may have teeny-tiny little baby olives. *BEAMS*
Also, here is a post by the writer Joe Hill, on OCD, Paxil, paranoia, and the creative impulse. It's a fascinating read.
Edited to add that at 2:20 p.m., it's raining and thundering but the weather guys say no danger of tornadoes. YAY
