Watched the first two episodes of this last night (Shakespeare Uncovered) on PBS and highly recommend it. Well, I recommend the first episode, anyway, the one with Ethan Hawke talking about Macbeth. The second episode was not as lively, although it was a really cool moment to see Joely Richardson talking to her mother Vanessa Redgrave about performing As You Like It while they cut back and forth between that and a 1960s film of Redgrave in that play, reading the same lines. There's a future episode with David Tennant talking about Hamlet that looks like it'll be very interesting.
Cloudy, cool and grey here. Still reading Moment in the Sun, only about 200 pages left to go.
