Hazy sun, warm and humid, possibility of thunderstorms tomorrow. Brain seems to be a bit blank today, but still thinking ficly thoughts.

On the fandom side, there is a new interview with RSL (and Jim Belushi) here, in which RSL talks mostly about the stage but also relates a (very funny) personal story about smoking pot (it didn't turn out so well). And here is a wonderful stage caricature of the three stars of Born Yesterday. All credit to [livejournal.com profile] srsly_yes and [livejournal.com profile] bluelucille at [livejournal.com profile] rsl_daily for these finds.

Also, the Guardian has an excellent wildlife slideshow up, with the first shot being this wary European hare. Puts our own little Eastern cottontail in the shade. :-)

ETA that here is an icon from the Ken Fallin caricature if anyone would like it:

Last poem for the week is from the American writer Chip Livingston. It is a poem about human sexuality and feelings, and the discovery that who we are attracted to is not always necessarily whom society thinks we should be attracted to.

Some people may find this poem offensive. You can read why here. )
