Sunny and beautiful outside. 69 degrees (20.6 degrees Celsius) with a light wind out of the south -- have moved all the deck plants back to the deck, need to refill the bird feeders. They've been pretty well cleaned out over the past couple of weeks.
Reading Patti Smith's memoir Just Kids -- fascinating study of life in NYC in the late '60s - early '70s and her relationship with the photographer Robert Mapplethorpe. Many other interesting personalities show up, including Allen Ginsberg, who bought Smith a sandwich because he thought she was a boy. Heh.
