Sunny and warm (85 degrees). Didn't see any bunnies last night but have seen (and heard) blue jays this morning and found a few dove feathers on the deck.

Had to restart my laptop three times yesterday due to weird problems with Firefox -- the toolbar buttons (back, forward, refresh, minimize, close, etc.) would simply stop working, and if I was in a blog clicking on comments would just bring up what I would call an "empty box" -- something that looked maybe like it was supposed to have a "yes" or "no" in it but there was nothing there. Folks can safely assume it was INTENSELY ANNOYING. Grrrrr.

On the other hand, we may have some good news about something in Real Life but I am reluctant to say anything in risk of jinxing it (yes, I am that superstitious). So. Bah, humbug, and more coffee.

ETA that we have little corn plants (and sunflowers) sprouting in our back yard from the "critter feed" I've been scattering. Hee.

For real. It's the oldest raptor nest ever discovered, but there are other, even older sites -- "Carbon dating has shown snow petrel have returned to the same sites for 34,000 years and adelie penguins for 44,000 years."
