From what I've read, the drugs do get switched around some -- some pre-menopausal women take tamoxifen for three years, then anastrozole for two. Or some post-menopausal women take anastrozole for three years, then tamoxifen for two. Or anastrozole, and then they switch to another aromatase inhibitor like anastrozole. It's very confusing. *g*
