Dancing Around the Four Sides

I like it except for the idea of House letting Wilson think he's dead. Oh, he'd do it, but I don't like it and it's all about meeee. If it could be shown the letter he's writing is to Wilson, it would be great.
I've always had this theory that Wilson is narrating the series, like Watson was narrating the original Sherlock Holmes stories, so I'm curious to see if I'm right. I understand the latest Sherlock Holmes film ended that way, though, so it may be considered copying.
