nightdog_barksOne of my favorite sites, The History Blog, has an excellent post up today on WWI, including the discovery of a time capsule in West Hartford, Connecticut, the effort to identify the war dead at the Killian Shelter in the Alsace-Lorraine region, and a new Flickr exhibit by the Imperial War Museum called Faces of the First World War, which I have been looking at all morning. I was particularly struck by this face:
