Are those peanut noodles with hot sauce? It's dinner time here and I didn't prepare anything because I was busy with other matters, but noodles with spicy peanut sauce sound good.

Sorry, I realize that that's probably not what you wanted to hear. Mmm. ;) (Seriously, in re: the symptoms, an older female colleague of mine was advising another that apparently black cohosh helped her enormously. How good that actually is I don't know, but FWIW.)
