Or, for that matter, that Hawaii has a system (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/17/health/policy/17hawaii.html) in which everyone who works 20 hours a week gets provided generous health benefits by their employer, which is a much more ambitious fix to the system than congress has come close to considering. *g* The Daily Show had a great couple of pieces on that, a few weeks ago - another highlight was coverage of the RNC's Hawaii meeting, in which Michael Steele announced that it was a serious work meeting and they weren't there for a vacation.
