Z had a very good day--a good nap, and she was her very cheerful self. She has finally started saying no, only she says it 'No, no, no," with kind of a descending pitch and it sounds terribly polite and is hilariously cute.

We will open presents tomorrow morning--I finished wrapping the last of them tonight after Z went to bed. And it's been a relatively quiet day here, too--I went grocery shopping, which probably shouldn't have waited, and managed to put up valances in the guest room, so that's all cozy(er).

But the Mr. was complaining a little because it wasn't like our Christmas Eve was special--we didn't do anything much different from a normal Wednesday night, and we ended up eating chickpea tuna salad because we both forgot, when making the grocery list, to plan a meal for tonight, so we had a fridge full of food we couldn't eat. Heh.

Whatever. I feel like I had a great Christmas Eve. :) (It was snowing the most perfect picturesque snow this morning when we woke up. A pain to drive in, but it was beautiful.)
