I thought Perspi's was an Acer? Which, I'm sad to say, came in close-to-last, edging out Gateway and Hewlett-Packard. That's ... not what you've got, is it? An HP?

I have a Lenovo, which has been a cantankerous bitch since Day One. Although some folks love them, so apparently it's the model or the luck of the draw. Or something.
