Isn't Is 2009 YET?

Er. I mean ... yes, it's post-Christmas but not yet New Year's. It's sort of filler days.

A little overcast and quite windy, also very warm (75, supposed to go up to 78). Terminix guys are coming at 1 to do Horrible Things around the perimeter of our house. Not sure what else today; really want to do some ficly stuff.

The Great New England War?

So CNN is talking to this international security analyst, who's expanding on the border tensions between India and Pakistan.

Trouble was, the map CNN had up was of where the analyst is, which is Cambridge, which led to the overall impression that he was talking about border tensions in Massachusetts and that maybe Massachusetts was going to attack Connecticut.

... what? C'mon, I can't be the only one whose brain works like this. *g*
