And Then Sometimes Life Punches You in the Face
So. I haven't posted lately, and it was because Chango, without my really noticing it, had become quite elderly. And with elderly comes a whole bag of other health problems.
She contracted a severe upper respiratory infection and laryngeal paralysis. We could not get out in front, as it were, of her illness. She passed away peacefully at the vet's this afternoon. She was a good girl.

Afterwards, we went back out to the car. Warren Zevon was on the radio, singing Werewolves of London. It's a beautiful day here.
