Grey and depressing for about 99% of the entire day. The sun came out once for about five minutes and then disappeared again.
Finished reading With the Old Breed -- scary, scary stuff. A lot of the HBO series The Pacific was based on the book, and parts of it are flat-out horrifying. Will probably read Michael Hiltzik's Colossus next for nonfiction.
